Tim Stewart is the founder and managing member of Stewart Enterprises and the driving force behind Sumerset Homes. He established his general contracting firm in 2001 and has since built a reputation for disciplined, hands-on construction across Utah and Nevada. With more than two decades of experience in land development and vertical construction, Tim brings depth, long-term perspective, and steady oversight to every project he leads.

A graduate of Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Tim combines formal training with practical, field-tested expertise. Over the course of his career, he has built more than 100 custom and production homes, developed over 300 multifamily residences, and completed a wide range of commercial projects — including medical and dental offices, tenant improvements, and hospitality developments. His experience spans entitlement, land planning, vertical construction, and project oversight from start to finish.

In addition to leading residential developments like Rockland Townhomes, Tim has overseen multifamily communities, assisted living centers, and large-scale hospitality projects. He holds a B-100 General Contractor license in Utah and a B-2 Commercial license in Nevada, and remains actively involved in the day-to-day oversight of construction.

As a family-led builder, Tim values accountability and long-term relationships. He works closely with his team — including his son — to ensure every home is thoughtfully planned, well-executed, and built to stand the test of time.

Will Stewart grew up around construction, learning the trade alongside his father and grandfather from an early age. Raised in Southern Utah, he developed a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build homes that last in the unique desert environment.

Will earned a degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University while working for established construction firms including GCD Construction and Zwick Construction. That combination of formal education and practical field experience shaped his disciplined, detail-oriented approach to the job.

When he’s not on site, Will can often be found on the golf course — a competitive outlet that reflects the same focus and discipline he brings to construction. He enjoys raising his young family in Southern Utah and takes pride in building homes in the community he grew up in.

Damon Stewart was born and raised in Utah, graduating from Timpview High School in Provo before serving an LDS mission in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. After returning home, he managed Magleby’s Restaurant while attending UVU and BYU, eventually earning a degree in Business Administration with an MIS emphasis from UNLV.

He later joined Apple — one of the most innovative companies of our generation — where he spent 12 years traveling globally and helping individuals and large organizations transform how they work and live through technology. The pace and pressure of that world — which he often jokes was a younger man’s game — sharpened his thinking, strengthened his leadership, and shaped the perspective he brings to every client relationship today.

Now based in Southern Utah, Damon leads sales and marketing for Rocklin Real Estate and Sumerset Homes. He blends his tech-savvy background with real estate expertise to create a more thoughtful, streamlined buying experience. Whether developing personalized strategies or leveraging innovative tools, he helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence — all while bringing a steady presence, a down-to-earth sense of humor, and a genuine personal touch.

Outside of work, Damon enjoys golf, pickleball, razor riding, and spending time with his wife, family, friends, and his mini goldendoodle, Harvey, exploring everything Southern Utah has to offer.
